Since 2009, our CTO has been involved with the Uruguayan Blind Football National Team—first as a goalkeeper, and later as a coach and guide as his role evolved over time.
The team brings together blind footballers from across Uruguay, ranging in age from 14 to 45, to participate in this inspiring sport. It provides a space for personal growth, goal achievement, and the building of strong bonds through collaboration and teamwork. The Uruguayan National Team has participated in numerous international tournaments and friendly matches around the world, including the Guadalajara 2011 and Toronto 2015 Pan American Games, among others.
